Wrist

So, I'm working full force on my film now and its wrecking my wrist. When I draw, I'm use to drawing with my whole arm instead of just my wrist, but since I'm doing a cg film this year, I've been doing a lot of mouse work. I keep forgetting to take mini-breaks to stretch. X__X Hopefully, this won't effect drawing too much...
